Richter Reconciliation App — Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 16, 2026

1. Overview

The Richter Reconciliation App (“Application”) is an internal business application operated by Richter10.2 Media Group LLC (“Richter”).

This policy describes the Application's intended collection, use, storage, and protection of information accessed through authorized business integrations.

2. Information Accessed

The Application may access business information from connected services, including:

  • QuickBooks Online: Customer records, invoices, payment transactions, credit memos, account balances, and related accounting information.
  • Monday.com: Client records, contracts, project records, status information, and related operational data.
  • Google Drive: Contracts, signed agreements, sale report forms, and related business documents.

The Application may also process business contact information contained in these records.

3. How Information Is Used

Information is used exclusively for legitimate internal business purposes, including:

  • Reconciling contracts against invoices and payments.
  • Identifying discrepancies between business systems.
  • Reviewing completed production work and contractual obligations.
  • Preparing proposed corrections for authorized review.
  • Maintaining reconciliation histories and audit records.

The Application is not intended to sell personal information or use connected accounting data for advertising.

4. Data Storage

The Application is designed to operate locally on an authorized Richter computer.

Reconciliation records, application configuration, and relevant cached business information may be stored locally.

Authentication credentials and tokens are intended to be stored separately from ordinary reconciliation records, with access restricted to authorized users.

5. Information Sharing

Information accessed through the Application is intended for Richter's internal business operations.

The Application is not designed to sell, rent, or disclose QuickBooks information to advertising networks or unrelated third parties.

Information may be transmitted to connected service providers as necessary to perform authorized integration functions.

6. Data Security

Richter intends to use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information processed by the Application, including access restrictions, secure authentication, and encrypted communications with connected services.

No system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Business records and reconciliation histories may be retained as necessary for legitimate operational, accounting, and recordkeeping purposes.

Locally stored integration data may be deleted when no longer needed, subject to applicable business retention obligations.

Disconnecting an integration prevents further authorized access through that connection but does not automatically delete independently retained accounting records in the original service.

8. Third-Party Services

Connected services maintain their own privacy and security policies. Richter's use of those services remains subject to their applicable agreements.

9. Policy Changes

Richter may update this policy to reflect changes in the Application, its integrations, or applicable requirements.
