Two Challenges. One Goal:  How do you make complex insights matter in a world moving fast?
Deloitte needed to bring big ideas to life—clearly, quickly, and consistently. So, we took their 122-page Human Capital Trends report and distilled the most prevalent themes into a nine-part video series designed to explain each trend and how Deloitte helps solve it. Then, we crafted a flexible motion identity for their Marketing Beyond podcast. Different formats, same goal: make complexity feel effortless.
Act l: It started with a 122-page report turned into Nine Powerful Videos.
Not the kind of thing you casually scroll through. This was Deloitte’s Human Capital Trends—deep, strategic, packed with data, and designed to help business leaders rethink the future of work.

But while the insights were powerful, the format wasn’t built for busy executives moving at speed. Deloitte needed a way to bring this thinking to life—visually, clearly, and quickly.

So they came to Richter.

Our copywriters worked closely with Deloitte to extract the most essential insight from each section of the report. What started as 122 pages of content that was distilled down into nine easily consumable messages, each one a focused, one-minute idea designed to stand on its own.

From there, the animators went to work, storyboarding on the fly, sourcing visuals, masking every photo with a custom overlay, and aligning every second to Deloitte’s brand look. Deloitte shared a rough vision. We turned it into nine fully produced videos—each one built, reviewed, and delivered in just one week for each video.
Scriptwriting:
We extracted the essence of each theme and explained the core idea of each topic, including the value and benefit potential.
Storyboarding:
Built frames around Deloitte’s mockups, layering custom overlays to maintain brand consistency.
Animation:
Each video went from concept to delivery in just seven days.
Collectively Surpassing 1 Million Views
Together, the nine videos in Deloitte’s Human Capital Trends series have amassed over 1 million views across YouTube and other platforms. This collective audience reflects how transforming a complex 122-page report into clear, concise, and compelling video content can amplify reach and engagement, making thought leadership truly accessible and impactful.
Act II: A Brand-Forward Intro + Outro for “Marketing Beyond” Podcast
Deloitte also tapped us to create the intro and outro for their Marketing Beyond podcast—hosted by Alan B. Hart, and built around conversations with leading CMOs and innovators on strategy, leadership, tech, and business transformation.

This time, it wasn’t about breaking down ideas.
It was about building identity.

The challenge: Create a motion identity that could sit comfortably across a broad range of topics—from AI to customer experience—while remaining elevated, clean, and unmistakably Deloitte.
