Robert Cornish - Founder and Managing Director of Richter10.2 Media Group - Robert is chiefly in charge of operations, expansion activities including starting and establishing sales offices globally, as well as heading up and managing the sales reps for the company. Robert has played a major role in developing the Web PR campaigns and strategy of Richter10.2 and oversees and executes our long term vision for the future.

Wil Seabrook - Founder and Managing Director of Richter10.2 Media Group - As the COO and director in charge of delivery and customer service, Wil brings the same level of passion and idealism to his work as he does to every area of his life. Wil’s strengths lie in identifying how communication and messaging can be improved and elevated across social and new media platforms, whether it be through branding, honing a message, or creating a video trailer that perfectly captures a client’s business model and makes it simple to understand.

Marjorye Dewsnap - Director of Delivery and Client Liaison - As the Director of Delivery, Marjorye ensures that the campaigns created for each client are executed in a timely fashion and to the highest professional standard. As Client Liaison, Marjorye handles everything having to do with the client’s understanding of the process and what information might be needed to facilitate creation of their web PR platform. She moved from Boston to Florida a little over four years ago. An artist in every respect, she is also a model, photographer and poet, all of which informs her creative work for Richter.

Spencer Barnes

Spencer Barnes - Creative Director - As Creative Director, Spence specializes in the aesthetic presentation and layout of each client’s social and new media PR platform. Spence spent his young life growing up in Melbourne, Australia before moving to the US in 2002. His love of working with children led him first to teaching at a private school and then to administrative work directly under the Executive Director. Says Spence, "I am truly passionate about what we do here at Richter. It's gratifying to see the effects our delivery team creates.”

Rex Perry - Web, Graphic and Multimedia Design - Since the age of 14, Rex has been passionate about music, graphic design and technology. Now, with a combined total of over 25 years of experience in those areas plus 15 years of sales, marketing and Public Relations, he is able to create aesthetic, professional and effective multimedia products that have real impact and get great response for clients. With keen attention to detail, real creativity & artistry, high impact use of message and effective use of marketing and PR knowledge to guide what he creates, the end result is a high quality, satisfying and effective presentation, whether it be a web site, audio production, video, or other digital art media product.

Jeannine Dowdell - Optimized Online and Social Media Press Release Writer for Richter10.2 - With 30 years of public relations and marketing experience, Jeannine Dowdell specializes in search engine optimized press and social media releases that increase a website or individual’s online visibility in search engines like Google and Yahoo. These releases help clients control the story being told about them on the web. In addition to getting one's tailored message directly in front of their target audience, clients see their news on top-tier sites like Google, Yahoo and Reuters, get their news to top journalists and media outlets, and drive qualified traffic to their site(s).

Dora Renkert - Web PR Management Director for Richter10.2 - Dora’s role as the person ultimately in charge of Web PR Management finds her coordinating with all members of the team to provide personalized strategies for each client. She finds creative and targeted ways to release client material through the various social media outlets, often using unconventional and memorable approaches that attract the best kind of attention from a client’s target audience. A Native American by birth, the mother of three kids, with a personal passion for arts and crafts, Dora has spent time volunteering for an Arizona based program teaching urban Native Americans healthy lifestyle choices and positive communication habits within the family.

Chris Norat - Online Platform In-Charge - As the Online Platform In-Charge, Chris handles every aspect of creating the social and new media platform that serves as the foundation for each client’s Social Media Press Kit. Chris made the move to Florida in June 2009 and since that time has been helping to build a local recording studio named Cleartrack Productions. He has a strong interest in music as well as computers, loves fiddling with his guitar and drums to see what new sounds he can get out of them, and likes to compose his own music as well. Putting together a computer from bare parts is also one of his most enjoyed activities. Chris has always liked dealing with computers, but a lot of the time in technical jobs you really don't get to interface much with the public, and of course without that kind of interaction life can get a little boring. Being able to not only work on computers but also to help people achieve their goals in life here at Richter then is the perfect combination for Chris and he is really enjoying it.

Max Choiniere - Web PR Consultant - as a Web PR Consultant, Max helps with the detailed tasks of ensuring that every aspect of a client’s campaign is carried out to the highest standard and as directed. A native of South Bend, Indiana, Max moved to Florida in 2003. In addition to his work at Richter he is working towards his Bachelors Degree in Finance. Max enjoys seeing Richter’s clients obtaining more and more public reach for their products and services. Says Max, “It tells us that we are doing a great job of helping them, especially in this new tech driven society that we live in where the old ways of doing things aren’t as effective and people are looking for new answers to the same problems that all companies face. We can utilize these tools to create success. That’s what I enjoy being a part of.”

Throughout his professional career Mike has focused on the importance of active listening and open communication to thoroughly understand all aspects of his clients' needs. With the proper foundation in place he can then strategically tailor a solution to meet each client’s corporate or individual goals. In Mike's spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf and hockey.
