The concept we landed on was "Moments of Uncertainty"—a theme that perfectly encapsulates the anxieties and unpredictabilities that businesses often encounter in these areas.
Once the theme was solidified, we moved forward with developing script treatments for each challenge. The goal was to create narratives that resonated with the audience, conveying that Windstream is a reliable partner in navigating these uncertain moments. After presenting several script ideas, Windstream selected their favorites, which best captured the essence of their messaging.
With the creative direction set, the next phase was all about execution. We meticulously planned the pre-production, ensuring every detail aligned with the overall vision. The multi-day shoot was then orchestrated to bring these narratives to life, capturing powerful and relatable stories that would engage and reassure Windstream’s audience.
